The Latest!
Greetings to everyone! Love and grace multiplied to you all!
We would like to update you all on Elijah’s condition. He’s still undergoing hemodialysis three times a week and is stronger and healthier than he’s been in months! He’s teaching skateboard lessons weekly, recently competed and placed 5th in a miniramp contest, is filming for a Reliance Skateboard Co commercial and planning to switch to peritoneal dialysis. Peritoneal is a form of dialysis that will conveniently allow him to receive treatment in the comfort of his home and continue traveling the globe as a professional skater and evangelist.
Unlike hemodialysis, peritoneal works like natural kidney function helping the body to be clean of toxins and excess fluids 7 days a week. Not only is this the best form of treatment for him but it will also increase his chances of receiving a transplant soon if one is needed. Elijah recently met with a peritoneal nurse and doctor who both agreed that it would be the best form of treatment for him but later changed their minds denying him the operation due to his traveling schedule. This is a serious matter for 2 major reasons. Elijah has a catheter in his heart that allows him to get hemodialysis but it was only supposed to remain in his chest no longer than 90 days or he’d face serious infection risks. The change of minds on the nurse and doctor’s part not only makes it difficult for him to perform his job duties but it has also caused Elijah to exceed his 90day limit leaving him in a dangerous predicament.
Other than new kidneys, peritoneal is the best medical option for Elijah and he will be speaking with another Doctor about the operation. So please join us in prayer for God’s will over this issue. The word of God tells us in James 5:16 that “the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective” and we’re all righteous through the blood of Jesus Christ! Let your prayers be heard today.

Father, we choose to believe that Your plan for Elijah’s life includes complete restoration and 100% healing of his kidneys. We love you LORD, and praise you for your grace and mercy. And we thank you for Elijah’s healing.

Dearest Lord! I come into agreement with Pam in the name of Jesus Christ. Elijah was struck down but not destroyed! God, you are so good!!! In the name of Jesus I speak to the malfunctioning in Elijahs kidneys and cast them into the sea! I thank God for the total restoration of his kidneys, his soul, and his strength. I believe it and I receive it in Jesus name. AMEN!
